Terms of ServiceShipping
All of our art is shipped to you from either New York or Montreal, depending on the address you have chosen to ship to. There are no import fees or duties to pay when shipping to either the US or Canada.
We process and ship all orders within 24-48 business hours. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an ETA. You will have the choice of waiting for when it is back in stock, cancel your order or chose another item.
We offer free shipping in the US and Canada via FedEx. For order to AK/HI//Puerto Rico or international orders please contact us prior to your purchase to inquire about the shipping rate to your location. We apologize that we can not offer free shipping to these locations.
Every painting we sell is 100% hand painted with oil on canvas. Since it's impossible to paint the exact same painting every time, the artwork you receive may vary slightly in color and texture from the sample photos. This is what makes our hand painted artwork one-of-a-kind.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with the art work after you receive it, please contact us immediately. Damaged or misrepresented items are subject to return within 14 days from the delivery date. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, include a photo of the item you received, your name, order id number and reason you are requesting to exchange the artwork. One of our customer service agents will respond to you within 24 hours.
We will cover all return costs associated with damaged or misrepresented items. These items can be sent back for an exchange or a full refund.
Should you desire to exchange your order due to buyers remorse or a misjudgment in the size needed, we will still take the artwork back and offer and exchange or refund but we do not cover the associated return shipping fees, nor will we refund the original shipping cost of the item.
Please email us before returning items, as you will need to get a return authorization ID from our customer service department. We will need to provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label for damaged or misrepresented items. We will not refund any shipping costs if the item is sent back to us without a return authorization number. We will always try our absolute best to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase on hyggeartworks.com.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We will accept the cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on back order. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the item for a refund or exchange. If you choose to return an item that has already shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, both to and from our warehouse.
